She now works as a Senior Master trainer at
Sharjah Education Academy , she worked as a Consultant in Instructional
leadership with UNICEF and has 20 years of experience in the world of
education, training and professional development, She worked as a training
specialist at Queen Rania Academy for 5 years and worked with CADER Company as
a Master Trainer for three years and
worked in UNRWA 12 years as Arabic language Teacher 5 years, Assistant Head
teacher , and school principal for another 7 years. She also has work
experience as a Head of International Sections in the private sector for two
years. She also worked with the King Abdullah Fund for Excellence in" Demoqrati" project for 4 years during her work in CADER.
Tahani holds a bachelor’s degree in Arabic
language, a diploma in educational administration, another diploma in school
library management, and a master’s in business administration MBA in human
resource management from the German Jordanian University, and she obtained
another diploma from the University of Jordan in educational leadership.
She received a Harvard University scholarship
to enrol in a two-year advanced educational leadership program and obtained a
specialist degree in this field.
After completing CAEL / Certified in Advanced
Educational Leadership program she was chosen as an ambassador for this program
in Middle East by Harvard.
She was also chosen as an educational expert
within the project of Jordanian women experts in 2020 to represent women from
the education sector. This project is in cooperation with the Hivos
Organization and Radio Al-Balad, as it aims to empower women in the field of
leadership and enhance their visibility in the media scene.
She has been hosted on more than one TV
program as an educational consultant and has given many lectures and training
workshops at educational forums inside and outside Jordan. She is a board
member of the Palestinian Creativity Foundation.
