He currently serves as Head of Program and Senior Lecturer in Computer Science, where he oversees curriculum innovation, quality assurance, and academic excellence.

Ts. Tatchanaamoorti Purnshatman’s research focuses on the integration of immersive technologies—such as the Metaverse and virtual reality—to enhance teaching, learning, and student engagement. My pioneering work in Metaverse-based e-Pedagogy (MeP) has contributed to advancing digital transformation in health science and computing education.

Throughout my 25-year career, Ts. Tatchanaamoorti Purnshatman has held leadership roles in academic programme development, capacity building, and international collaboration.
