In digital age, every company aspires to have creative employees. However, they face the challenge of reducing costs and risks in employee nurturing. One solution is to shift the process into university education stage. But universities and students still encounter many challenges. These challenges hinder universities from producing graduates with creativity.

To bridge the gaps between university and industry (i.e., our vision), we launched the Creativity Trainee Program in 2020. This program introduces "important but non-urgent" real-world problems into university setting (i.e., our case sandbox method), providing an opportunity to nurture creativity-ready, industry-ready, and future-ready graduates (i.e., our mission).

Instructors from both university and industry encourage students not only to solve directed problems but also to identify and address open-ended problems. The programs provide three key pillars of the Program - models, approaches, and sandbox and simulation platforms - to train us and incubate our creative outcomes. The program has the VICTOR advantages: Valuable, Impactful, Cost-controllable, Trial-and-error, Observable, and Risk-controllable.

To release creativity, to reimagine innovation (i.e., our slogan), our Program gives university graduates more creative employability, this ability is what enable employers to innovate.
