Blended and Presence Learning Award
*Please note that applications need to be in English , and each individual project can only be submitted to one AWARD category . Please refer to the Terms & Conditions to learn more.
The Blended and Presence Learning award will be given to an outstanding educational programme that has innovated in-person learning or skillfully combined traditional in-person teaching with online learning to create a dynamic and effective learning experience.
Once you have decided on the appropriate category and pathway, follow these steps:
- Select the correct category and pathway and click "ENTER NOW."
- Register to set up your account. Please note the account login requirements on the Awards entry system and complete all questions. If you have applied in 2022 & 2024, please re-use the same credentials to access your account.
- After registering, you will receive an email with a validation code that you must add to complete the registration process. Please check your junk folder just in case the email landed there.
- You will need to register on the platform before submitting your entry.
- If you need to take a break, you can save your progress and return later by logging in using the "YOUR ACCOUNT" tab in the menu.
- To submit your entry, agree to the terms and conditions and click the "COMPLETE" button at the bottom of the page.
- If you forget your password, please use the reset password link on the login page.

ACADEMIC: For those from an Education Institution, Higher Education Institution, Research Institution
EARLY-STAGE: Projects that are in early stages of development with no peer reviews, no citations, haven’t received any awards
Blended and Presence Learning Award (ACADEMIC – MATURE)
ACADEMIC: For those from an Education Institution, Higher Education Institution, Research Institution
MATURE: Projects in a later stage of development that have been peer reviewed, cited and/or received awards
Blended and Presence Learning Award (VENTURE – EARLY STAGE)
VENTURE: For those from an EdTech company, Corporation, Association/ Foundation, NGO/NPO
EARLY-STAGE: Projects in early stages of development with revenue less than $200,000 or funding less than $500,000
Blended and Presence Learning Award (VENTURE – MATURE)
VENTURE: For those from an EdTech company, Corporation, Association/ Foundation, NGO/NPO
MATURE: Projects in later stage of development with revenue more than $200,000 or funding more than $500,000
