My research interest focuses on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Human Resource Management (HRM) and covers contemporary theoretical and managerial advancements, applications, and implications. I publish within the field and attend and present on different local and international platforms. I am the winner of the best paper award at the Irish Academy of Management (IAM) annual conference in 2011 in Dublin, Ireland.

My teaching covers a wide range of graduate and undergraduate courses in General Management, Human Resources Management, Organizational Behavior, Strategic Management, International Business, and Entrepreneurship.
