Antonia Lütgens M.A. has been at home in the university sector for over 10 years. Her journey began as a research assistant at the Faculty of Business Administration at the University of Mannheim. She knows the challenges of quality assurance of teaching at a university. As a consultant, she then designed and further developed new certifications for digital teaching formats in collaboration with international agencies. Antonia has accompanied universities around the world in numerous certification processes. Microcredentials, future skills and open educational resources are among her focuses. Certified by the Academy of German Media, she also works as a freelance editor in the education sector. She is a member of the Association of Independent Lecturers (VFLL) and the Future Skills Community of Practice.
