Antonio Soler is an MBA graduate of the Johns Hopkins University Carey Business School and holds a Bachelor's degree in international business, a Graduate Diploma in Public Policy from the Superior School of Public Administration ESAP, and a Master's degree in Politics and International Relations from University College Dublin. Antonio's specialisms include international business, public policy, economics, finance, management, business administration, marketing, and digital marketing and communication strategies. Antonio has a strong understanding and experience of the practice and standards of strategy, marketing, sales, finance, and operations in large, diverse, and complex organizations in the private sector, where he worked for multinationals such as Teleperformance, Nestlé, and ICON plc., and in the government and not-for-profit sectors at University College Dublin, the United Nations Office for Humanitarian Affairs, and the Ministry of Education of the Government of Colombia. Antonio worked as an Advisor for the development of a 10-year Educational Strategy (PNDE) for the Government of Colombia and, as part of this role, he developed a good understanding and experience of the use of research to inform public policy and how citizens can be engaged in, and informed of, public policy-making using public participation methods, surveys, social media platforms, and online ecosystems. Antonio also has experience in strategy development, implementation, and project management, including managing the education strategy's social-media platforms, partnering with major multinational companies, including Facebook and IBM Watson Analytica.
