I am an associate professor of Czech language in the BA, MA
and PhD programmes at Palacký University. I have a long experience in project
evaluation for the Czech and Slovak Academies of Sciences and Charles
University in Prague. In addition, I am an expert member of the Commission of
the Ministry of Education in the government programme Supporting Czech Cultural
Heritage. I serve on several scientific boards of foreign journals (e.g.
Zeitschrift fur Slawistik), and I lecture at several foreign universities in
Europe, America and Asia. I have a lot of experience in developing tutorials for
Moodle and writing textbooks. I am involved in the development of online
support in language teaching and in language proficiency testing for ERASMUS+
students (Catholic University of Leuven).
