Importantly, Dr. Sawhney also contributes to internationalisation of higher education as a Campus Fulbright Representative.

As a senior Professor of English, Dr. Sawhney has long demonstrated history of working in the higher education institutes in India and the US. 

He is winner of prestigious Adele Mellen Award for his contributions to American Literature.
