Throughout my career I have worked across both the Student Services and Academic Registry functions, and gained skills and experience, from fees and funding, to careers, to accommodation, admissions recruitment and selection, enrolment and welcome programmes, counselling, disability services, exams and assessments, student systems and processes, student communications, teaching quality and feedback, student representation, graduation, and anything and everything relating to international students from advice to compliance and the overall sense of belonging.
I am most passionate about the student experience as a whole and making use of technology to support students in new and innovative ways, to allow for earlier interventions and prevention of students going in to crisis.
