French and Swiss educational game changer
with multiple professional perspectives. Genin is
Head of Innovation and Entrepreneurship at César Ritz Colleges as well as Chair
of the Diversity and Inclusion Committee. She has a deep understanding of
entrepreneurship, ethics and innovation.
Genin started her career as business
strategist for L’Oreal and Procter&Gamble before joining the world of
education ten years ago. She holds a European Master of Management from
ESCP-EAP and a German Kauffraudiplom
Europaïsche Wirtschaftshochschule.
She lately focused on neuroscience for business and gained a MIT Executive
Management Certificate in 2021.
Her project “The Innovation Switch” has
been nominated to the QS Awards 2022 in the category “Innovation for business
education”. The Innovation Switch embodies her educational mindset: settling a
global dynamic to enhance innovation and entrepreneurship with high ethical requirements
amongst all stakeholders:
