Ms. Dima is the Assessment Director – Psychometrician in Diglossia, she lead the psychometric and developmental aspects and activities of Diglossia exams, ensuring program validity, integrity through adherence to applicable industry testing standards.

Ms. Dima is working closely with the academic and technology team. Her primary role is overseeing test development.

Ms. Dima is Professional in education with great focus on Educational Assessment development, curriculum planning and quality assurance.

Ms. Dima holds a Master’s degree in Education Policy and Leadership. Additionally, she has a Postgraduate Advanced Certificate in Educational Assessment from the University of Cambridge.
