Dr. Jordan Srour joined the Provost’s Office at the Lebanese American University as Assistant Provost for Educational Resources and Innovation in January 2022. In this role she assists the Provost in managing the resources provided through the Riyad Nassar Library, the Joseph G. Jabbra Library, and the Health Sciences Library. She also works to enable the engagement of LAU’s teaching community in innovative pedagogies through the Center for Innovative Learning.

Dr. Srour also holds the position of Associate Professor of Operations Management in the Adnan Kassar School of Business’ Department of Information Technology and Operations Management, where she teaches within the data analytics field. As part of her Data-Driven Design Thinking course, Dr. Srour embraces virtual exchange as a means for business students to gain stronger listening skills in a cross-cultural context. Beyond her passion for innovative teaching and learning, Dr. Srour’s research interests include interdisciplinary applications of mathematics and computer science to identify and leverage patterns in data.
