Dr Fadi Abdelfattah is an associate professor and head of Arabic programs at MCBS in Muscat, Oman. Dr Abdelfattah has published in international journals. He is on the advisory boards of international journals and top associations in his field. Dr Abdelfattah secured several research funds, supervised postgraduate students, and served as an external and internal examiner. He explores several areas: entrepreneurship, consumer behaviour, service quality, knowledge management, and healthcare management. His teaching experience spans undergraduate and graduate levels. He has led committees and initiatives in his current and past roles. Dr Abdelfattah and his team built undergraduate and graduate programs with 350 students.
