Dr. Harshal completed his Ph.D. from North Maharashtra University, Jalgaon.  Dr. Harshal has completed his master's in business administration from North Maharashtra University, Jalgaon (Apr 2008), specializing in Financial Management. Being an avid reader and a contributor to the field of research, He has also written 25 publications in Journals and attended 25 conferences. Dr. Harshal has been appointed a distinguished review board member in five international journals. Dr. Harshal work on agricultural subsidy has also been acknowledged by many researchers to date; his Google citation index is 97 & h- index is 6. He has filed four patents. With more than 15th experience in education and academia, his expertise in the Commodity Market, Indirect Tax Financial Management, Income Tax, International Financial Management, Financial derivatives, Bank Management, Investment Management, Family Business Management, and Corporate Social Responsibility. 

At ADYPU, he handled UGC visit work at the school level. Apart from that, he has faced four times NAAC accreditation & one time NBA accreditation during his service.

Dr. Harshal's earlier responsibilities are leading and managing the entire School of Management, ADYPU, where his Key Responsibility Areas (KRA) included NAAC accreditation, teaching, mentoring, research, publication, and being a member of various administrative committees, etc., which he was able to do most professionally and efficiently.
