Ibironke is an experienced instructional designer and project manager. She leads the leadership and development arm at New Globe's regional operations. Her team ensures that thousands of teachers and school leaders receive the right capacity development support to deliver life changing education to the hundreds of thousands of children New Globe serves both at Bridge International Academies and across our government partnerships in Nigeria- EdoBEST, EKOEXCEL, BayelsaPRIME and KwaraLEARN.
She is an enthusiastic development professional and excellent facilitator with rich experience across the corporate and social sectors. She has established competencies in monitoring and evaluation, programme design and implementation, research, project management and capacity development support, training and facilitation.
As a skilled facilitator and coach, she has led multiple capacity development support programmes for organisations including British Council Nigeria, FATE Foundation, Ovie Brume Foundation, Daily Trust Foundation, Mavis Computel, Designing Futures, LEAP Africa, Junior Achievers Nigeria, MacArthur Foundation, Northern Education Initiative, Ogun and Lagos state governments. She provided technical support for NEDIS (the annual Pan-African Education Innovation Summit focused on identifying and scaling education innovations) at the Education Partnership Centre.
As a programme manager, she led donor funded programmes including the On Nigeria programme targeted at improving transparency and accountability in the public sector. The programme provides support for the Ogun Home Grown School Feeding Programme directly impacting 300,000 primary school children in the state and improving the livelihoods of 3,000 local women. She co-led Google.org's Zo Mu Koya Tare, a learning programme that used low tech options to prevent a learning slide for 5,000 primary school-aged children in Northern Nigeria.
She led the TEP Learning Academy where she designed both online and offline learning programmes for education and development sector stakeholders. She provided programme leadership on all the learning academy briefs, development and delivery of bespoke/open enrollment online and offline training programmes.
She's a published author of iThrive, a 160-paged fiction based life skills guide for teenagers which chronicles her idea of what secondary school education should look like. She leads a life skills academy for teenagers and has been impacting teenagers using offline and online learning and mentoring programmes since 2017.
