Jeremy is a serial entrepreneur, business angel and manager of technology start-ups. As an investor in over 100 start-ups he has significant expertise on scaling, product-market fit and key success metrics for emerging technology companies.

Educated at Oxford University he became an accountant immediately post university and after joining merchant bank Baring Brothers founded Baring Brothers Hambrecht & Quist a VC firm which raised over $1bn of funding from institutional investors.

Founder and Managing Director of Tufton Capital and Bulldog partners which applied turnaround management skills to technology businesses in difficulty.

Member of the Board of the Assistive Technology Industry Association and participant in the All Party Parliamentary Group on Assistive Technology he has a keen interest in accessibility and removing barriers to learning.

Past Master of Worshipful Company of Feltmakers and past Chairman of its Charity Committee.
