My first 20 years in the workforce in Infosys/Cognizant post my graduation at IIT Madras made me reflect and work on my life mission – Making Learning Joyful through play/games for young adults and equip them with tools to face life with higher resilience.

In 2017, I started my own consultancy LetsPlayToLearn with a mission of making learning joyful through Play. Got opportunities to work with many higher educational institutions and with corporates to make their learning journeys joyful through games. We also help clients enable high engagement and interactivity in various business aspects.

I continue to work on another passion area which is bridging the employability and skills gap for youngsters. I also facilitate courses related to life skills and Happiness to enable social-emotional learning interventions.

I am an avid life-long learner on various topics and am a part of various knowledge forums.
