Kazi Mafizur Rahaman is an education professional working in the Education sector of Humanitarian crisis management for the Rohingya influx in Bangladesh since 2020. With a career span of 15 years, Mr. Rahaman has worked in different organizations and roles as Inclusive Education Technical Specialist at Handicap International (Humanity and Inclusion). Programme Coordinator of BLJ Bangladesh Corporation Limited, Secretary in Charge of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries of Bangladesh (ICSB). He also worked as a Lecturer at the BRAC Institute of Languages, BRAC University from 2010 to 2015. He also worked at the Institute of Education and Research (IER), University of Dhaka as a part-time lecturer. Teacher at OXFORD International School, etc. All of these experiences motivated him with different experience to work in the Humanitarian crisis.
Mr. Rahaman completed his M.A. in TESOL from BRAC University in 2014 after completing of Master of Education in Language Education and Bachelor of Education (honors) from IER, of the University of Dhaka.
Mr. Rahaman is very interested in research areas like language teaching with technology, and alternative modalities of teaching foreign languages like game-based language learning.
