With 10 years of experience in data-driven talent strategy, DEI consulting and research, Dr. Kaul is a Senior Program Manager in Global Talent Intelligence at Microsoft, where she helps businesses develop better strategies for today and the future. She uses her expertise in data analysis, problem solving, and communication to uncover and understand the trends impacting any company's most important asset: its people.
Dr. Kaul is also an award-winning scholar, whose research explores the intersection of diversity and inclusion, technology and entrepreneurship. She has consulted numerous fortune 500 and startup companies on ways to improve their diversity and inclusion practices, and has published her findings in academic journals. She holds a Doctorate of Organizational Leadership from Northeastern University, and a Master of Education from Harvard University. When she's not crunching numbers or making a new connection, she's on her Peloton or making Indian food.
