Konstantinos Kalemis D.Ed., Phd. MA, Med, MAeD, M.Sc.  is an Instructor at the National Centre for Local Government and Public Administration (E.K.D.D.A.) in Adult Education and Lifelong Learning, and Instructor at Council of Europe and  Instructor Level A’ at the Institute of Educational Policy (IEP) in Inclusive Education and Differential Teaching. His interests focus on the introduction of New Technologies as an alternative teaching process.
