Barcelona, Spain, 1970. Professor and Academic Director at the Faculty of Law of the UNIR - International University of La Rioja (2021-). He collaborates with various national and international academic and research institutions in the areas of philosophy, theology and pedagogy. He has evaluated the European Union, Spain, Poland, Germany and Chile projects.
