His professional journey began with a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from NWFP UET Peshawar, Pakistan, followed by a Master's degree in Structural Engineering. He went on to pursue a Ph.D. in Structural Engineering at the University of Southampton, UK, where he delved into the study of "Strength Estimate Methodologies for Reinforced Concrete Sandwiched Wall Panels." This research set the foundation for his subsequent impactful work.
In 2010, he expanded his knowledge further by undertaking a Post-Doctorate Research Associate position at Kingston University London, UK. During this time, Dr. Adil was involved in a range of structural engineering research projects, contributing to advancements in areas such as steel shear walls, masonry retrofitting, and concrete beam strength properties.
Returning to Pakistan, Dr. Adil assumed the role of Assistant Professor at the University of Engineering and Technology Peshawar, where he not only excelled in teaching a variety of subjects but also supervised numerous undergraduate projects.
