Dr. Muhammad
Rafiq (Ph.D.) is currently working as an Assistant Professor of Human
Resource Management at UCSI Graduate Business School at UCSI
University (top 1% worldwide), Malaysia. Prior to his academic career, he was a
Coordinator of UE Business School at the University of Education, Vehari
Campus, Pakistan. Dr. Rafiq received his Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in
Business Administration from the School of Management (Association of MBA,
AACSB, and CAMEA MBA accredited) of Harbin Institute of Technology, China (top
1% worldwide), Management Science in Management Sciences from the Air
University, Pakistan, and BBA (Hons) in Marketing from Bahauddin Zakariya
University, Pakistan.
His research examines numerous areas related to human
resources and organizational behavior, such as job insecurity, work engagement,
job attitudes, job embeddedness, and job outcomes. This work has been published
in international refereed journals indexed on the Web of Science (WOS), Scopus,
Australian Business Deans Council (ABDC), and Chartered Association of Business
Schools (ABS). His current Google
Scholar Citation H-index is 16; Scopus H-index = 08; and Clarivate
Analytics-Web of Science H- index = 08 till dated 19 September 2023.

classroom teaching. His teaching methodology within the class creates a healthy
learning environment for his students. He is well-versed with the up-to-date
technology in classroom teaching for online, hybrid, and face-to-face learning.
Based on his services to the students in the classroom. Dr. Rafiq has been
recognized by UE Business School and received the best rating consecutively
from the last two academic years of teaching evaluation 2020-2021.
