Oussama KHARCHI is an Associate Professor at Ferhat Abbas University Setif. He teachs the history of architecture, the project theory and the project. His research focuses on the history of architecture and urban policies in Algeria and Europe. Oussama KHARCHI holds a PHD degree in Urban Planning from Paris Nanterre University, a Master degree in Urban Project from École nationale supérieure d'architecture de Normandie, and Architect degree form Ferhat Abbas University Sétif. He held many positions, Guest Lecturer at Creighton University (USA), Dean of the Institute of Architecture and Earth Sciences, president of its scientific council, etc. Currently, Oussama KHARCHI is a member of the National Educational Committee for Architecture, Urban Planning and City professionals. As an architect-urban planner, he has developed urban studies and carried out projects in Algeria, France and Senegal.
