Ms Cha Pei Pei is the recipient of the ASEAN Scholarship
from the National University of Singapore, she obtained the Professional Teaching
Qualifications from the University of Cambridge and has double Master degrees
in Education and in Educational Research from University of Western Australia.
After working in Shell for 2 years, she founded Fun Learners’ School (FLS) 18 years ago. In 2017, her company became an
early adopter of online flipped learning of the Singapore curriculum. Since
then, FLS has brought Singapore’s brand of education region-wide to Malaysia
and China.
She has also started an education group in Singapore which has offices in
Singapore, Malaysia and China.
Ms Pei Pei’s educational interest is the teaching of concept
maps and metacognitive strategies, generative AI and innovation in business
education.
