Peter provides training for Graduate Teaching Assistants on teaching skills. To facilitate continuous professional development for young academics, he arranges classroom observation and provides pedagogical consultation integrating educational technologies. As a Teaching Fellow of Advance Higher Education (HEA), Peter supports colleagues working towards Associate Fellow and Fellow by mentoring and reviewing applications. Peter also plays active roles in various committees (such as HERDSA Hong Kong Branch, Hong Kong Creative Drama Festival, Joyful Mental Health Foundation, etc.) to promote students as partners, service-learning, drama in education, etc. Peter serves as a reviewer for IJED, IJMCE, GCCCE, eLFA, RSLEIHE, etc.
