I am a member of Bangladesh Civil Service (BCS) General Education Cadre since 1996. At present, I am Associate Professor of Zoology and working as Deputy Director of Directorate of Inspection & Audit (DIA) under Ministry of Education, Bangladesh. The major role and responsibilities of this organizations are - i) Regular Audit and Inspection of govt./non-govt. educational institutions (no. of total institutions:36750) including general secondary level school/madrasah (grade 1 to 10), school & college (grade 1 to 12), college (grade 11 to 12 and Degree level), vocational (grade 6 to 12 and Degree level), technical (grade 6 to 12 and Degree level). ii) Special investigation/ inspection and audit in govt. officers/agencies/bodies etc. iii) investigation on specific allegation in respect of institution/person iv) to verify the qualifications of the teachers/employees etc. Have more than 7 years working experiences of a project named Teaching Quality Improvement in Secondary Education Project ( loan project- jointly funded by govt. and ADB) as an Assistant Project Director (Policy, Planning & Monitoring) from November 2012 to July 2019 and also assigned as Gender Focal Point and Resource Person of Inclusive Education (IE). As an official I have conducted so many awareness building workshops on Gender Equity & Equality/ Empowerment, IE, with the stakeholders like HT, Teachers, SMC, GB, Parents, Field level officials of upazilla level all over the country. Report prepared for quarterly/biennial on Safeguards (environmental/IP), Gender Action Plan, DMF, Loan Covenant, Quarterly Progress Report, PCR for Govt. and for ADB. Conducted Scholarship/ Incentive program for teachers specially for the underserved areas. Developed modality for conducting Remedial Measures for the lagging behind students of underserved areas. Have training manual Writing experiences in Inclusive education, Science, Biology, Leadership, Management etc. for CPD, Leadership and Management training of teachers, institute head and SMC. Provided 20 types of local/ overseas training for 268293 teachers/SMC/officials/ staffs all over the country. Having strong background on Advanced ICT and Pedagogical knowledges. Have 4 years working experiences in National Curriculum and Textbook Board, Dhaka. Have 7 years Teaching experiences in govt. university level college (grade 11 to Master's Degree) in Zoology special in Entomology. Having PhD in Entomology (2006-07) from Institute of Biological Science, Rajshahi University, Bangladesh, Awarded in July 2010.
