Reshmee Gunesh has over 20 years working in the higher education sector. She started as an academic teaching Marketing and Leadership at James Cook University and moved into professional roles that provided many opportunities to lead transformational change programs through Victoria University and Monash University. 

At the University of Melbourne, Reshmee leads the Global Learning, Careers and Employability and Student Participation teams, all student-facing services with the core purpose to amplify student employability skills and opportunities and enhance student success.
