Over 15 years experience in the Australian Higher Education sector, her strength in data analysis and reporting has been developed through institutional research, student load planning and engagement in strategic planning and reporting. She is passionate about working with the customer to understand their needs and to maximise the value they gain from available information. She has also worked with IT professionals in the development of Business Intelligence systems, and delivery of reporting solutions.
