Agreements with foreign Universities, procurement and administration of Scholarships and resources;

design, implementation and execution of projects in Extension and Social Projection, Project

Management and International Cooperation between the Colombian government, foreign governments,

multilateral organizations and Colombian and foreign universities. Extensive experience in the

Internationalization of Higher Education, Social Projection and Extension including Continuing Education,

Graduates, internships, entrepreneurship and relationship with the external sector. Extensive experience

in Higher Education monitoring and implementation of projects with social impact, with universities from

the top management and rectories, on issues equally related to desertion, enrollment, recruitment and

retention, achievement of goals and indicators with high impact on the student population and academic

community.

Extensive experience in the study of cultural diversity, demographic complexity and support policies in

Higher Education, Gender and Human Rights -as a result of extensive training, teaching and research,

at the Princeton and Rutgers universities in the USA. Experience in the management of the public sector

and the private sector, as a result of nine years of experience as Director of International Relations at

ICETEX, management of effective strategic alliances with Social Projection, Extension and Scholarship

Agreements and educational cooperation, among government, non-governmental organizations

governmental, business sector and foreign and Colombian universities. Development of management

English.

After receiving the BHS degree in International Affairs, other formal postgraduate studies have been

completed in Negotiation and International Relations at the University of Los Andes in 1995 and

Human Rights Specialist. ESAP DC Bogotá - Colombia in the year 1992. Since the new millennium,

various forms of academic renewal have been studied at Princeton and Rutgers Universities in the

USA, as well as new forms - MOOCs.
