I have completed by bachelors in 2010 and then started career in the Information Technology with different roles and technologies, now I am a Lead DevOps CI/CD engineer in one of reputed banking industry "Navy Federal Credit Union" with 12 + years of experience. I always looked forward to improve myself with the latest tools and technologies in the trending market. I had experience in Automation, DevOps, CICD areas and in different domains like Travel, Hospitality, Banking, Payroll, HCM, General Insurance and Health care industries. Main contribution was into different health care and banking industries. I served as technical lead, resource lead in different organizations by handling variety of people in offshore, onsite model to interact with them and setup the delivery inputs and deadlines with appropriate standards to develop and deliver customer friendly products.

With the experiences I have within the organizations to do peer reviews and be a judge for the coding contests, I might be useful to assess the people in the right way and me being a judge will learn how other organizations and individuals are achieving success and confronting challenges. I will provide my thoughts and encourage others to achieve the success in their field.
