Wee Sen GOH is Senior Associate Director (IT Services) at Singapore Management University. With over 15 years experience in higher education, he is responsible for crafting and executing an integrated strategy for internet, intranets, and business process management systems for the university. This covers end-to-end user experiences, from the web narratives and UX, to optimising efficiencies with digital collaborative tools, and automating complex processes with intelligent workflows. As an IT driver on campus, much as Wee Sen believes that tecnhology is important, he still feels ultimately that, technique beats technology, that the human skill trumps the tools we use.
