Dr Yani Rahmawati is currently working as a lecturer in the Department of Architecture and Planning, at Universitas Gadjah Mada, Indonesia. Previously, she was a senior lecturer in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering, Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS (UTP), Malaysia. At UTP, she was also appointed as project coordinator for consultancy projects at UTP and as visiting professor/scholar at the Faculty of Social Science and Humanities at Mahidol University, Thailand. Since August 2017, she secured 8 international research grants and other research grants at industrial and national levels, with main research interests in collaborative design, building information modelling (BIM), and sustainable construction. Beside the best paper award, she also received gold medal and achieved first runner up at the international competition in teaching and learning.
