Prof. Abhilasha Singh, Dean and Professor of HR and OB at the American University in the Emirates (AUE), is a seasoned academic leader who has held several senior academic administrative positions, including President, Provost, and Vice President for Academic Affairs. A certified reviewer for the UAE’s Commission for Academic Accreditation, she is committed to quality education, outcome-based learning, and continuous improvement. She has received prestigious honors such as the Hind Ratan and Most Influential Women by Filmfare ME. A prolific researcher and Q1 journal editor, she serves on HETL’s executive board and has secured many research grants, including from the Dubai Future Foundation and UAE National Research Foundation.
