Abir Sinno is the Director of Strategic Initiatives & Continuous Improvement at the American University of Beirut (AUB). She leads school-wide initiatives in quality assurance, institutional improvement, and educational innovation, drawing on over a decade of experience in higher education to redesign processes and foster continuous improvement. Her expertise spans accreditation management, strategy development, quality assurance, and project management, and she champions data-informed decision-making to enhance institutional effectiveness. Sinno has played a pivotal leadership role in accreditation efforts, spearheading AUB’s Olayan School of Business through AACSB accreditation in 2019 & 2024 . As a thought leader in higher education, she actively engages in global education initiatives and forums, sharing insights that advance quality and innovation in higher education.
