Dr. Ace Lagman is an esteemed leader in the field of Information Technology Education and Computing Research. As the Senior Director at the College of Computer Studies and Multimedia Arts of FEU Institute of Technology, he brings a wealth of experience and profound knowledge, enriching both the academic and research environments. To date, Dr. Lagman is appointed as a CHED Technical Panel member for Information Technology. He was the former President of the Council of Deans and Program Heads for Information Technology Education (CODITE-NCR)—a testament to his commitment to advancing and shaping the future of IT education in the Philippines. Certified as a Scientific Technological Specialist by the Department of Science and Technology (DOST). Dr. Lagman demonstrates a strong dedication to upholding the highest standards in scientific and technological pursuits. He also plays a vital role in quality assurance in education, serving as an Accreditor for the Philippine Accrediting Association of Schools, Colleges, and Universities (PAASCU) and as an Assessor for the Commission on Higher Education (CHED). Currently, Dr. Lagman is ranked among the Top 125 Scientists in the Philippines under the Engineering and Technology category, and Top 20 in Computer Science, according to the AD Scientific Index World Ranking.
