
Adarsh is an entrepreneur, TEDx speaker, and Google Youth Advisor (via Canvas8) from Bihar, India. He is the founder of Skillzo, his fourth and most impactful youth-led initiative focused on bridging education gaps through mentorship and access to future-ready skills. Currently, he serves as Chief of Staff at a leading incubation and PE/VC firm and is also part of the core team at Bihar Chhatra Sansad. Adarsh brings a grassroots perspective, startup experience, and policy insight to judging global innovations in education. He is a young leaderwho transformed his journey from East Champaran, Bihar, into a mission to democratize opportunity at scale.
Born into a low-income family, he grew up facing poverty, educational inequity, and societal stigma, challenges that deeply shaped his resolve to work toward systems-level change.
Before founding Skillzo, Adarsh launched and failed three startups, each failure teaching him resilience, resourcefulness, and the value of community-centred solutions. Skillzo, his fourth venture, is a youth-led platform that empowers students with mentorship, resources, and future-ready skills. The initiative has since impacted thousands of learners across India.
He earned a full-ride International Baccalaureate scholarship at JPIS, Jaipur, and serves as a Google Youth Advisor (via Canvas8), contributing to global discussions on technology and youth-centred tech policy. A TEDx speaker, Adarsh is also known for using storytelling as a tool for education advocacy and reform.
He also serves as Chief of Staff at a leading incubation & PE/VC firm, and as Chief Marketing Officer and Core Team Member of Bihar Chhatra Sansad, a youth collective focused on leadership and governance.
He has judged innovation platforms at IIT Guwahati, Blue Ocean Competition, and The Conrad Challenge, among others. Through every role, Adarsh brings a rare combination of lived experience, grassroots insight, and bold vision for scalable, inclusive education.
