Dr. Adity Saxena is an accomplished academic leader with over two decades of experience in higher education. She specializes in higher education leadership, Design Thinking, storytelling, and learning design.
Dr. Saxena has trained and mentored students who have consistently achieved top performance in globally recognized brands. Her expertise in design thinking has earned her invitations to be an external expert for international projects, including the Erasmus project on design thinking for social change.
Dr. Saxena's global recognition underscores her exceptional expertise. She is among the first Indian women to be elected to the Board of Directors of the College Art Association, USA. Her significant academic contributions have been highlighted in the Academic Woman Journal (2022) and 1000 Spotlights Magazine (2024).
As a global thought leader, Dr. Saxena is a sought-after speaker and moderator at national and international events. Recently, she was invited to speak at NIBS 2024 and OEB 2023.
