Dr. Ahmed Khaled is an influential figure at the intersection of sustainability, education, and policy in Egypt. As the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research’s representative for green transformation and a member of the Higher Board in the National Initiative for Green and Smart Projects, he actively shapes national strategies on climate resilience and smart urbanism. In his academic role as Assistant Professor of Sustainability and Resource Efficiency in Urbanism at Ain Shams University, he combines research, teaching, and international collaboration to promote sustainable architecture and resource efficiency.
