
Professor Ainhoa Uribe Otalora is Vice-Rector for Internationalization and Professor of Political Science at CEU San Pablo University in Madrid, Spain. With extensive experience in academic leadership and international collaboration
Ainhoa Uribe Otalora holds dual doctorates in Political Science (CEU Cardenal Herrera University, awarded for best doctoral thesis by the Valencian Parliament) and Law (Complutense University of Madrid). She also holds a European Master’s in International Humanitarian Aid (University of Deusto and Uppsala University) and a Master’s in Equality of Opportunities (CEU Cardenal Herrera). Her academic journey includes advanced studies at the London School of Economics, University of Oxford, and other leading institutions.
She began her career in technical and advisory roles at the Valencian Regional Government and the European Commission, followed by academic appointments at CEU Cardenal Herrera University, where she served as Vice-Dean. Currently, as Vice-Rector and Professor at CEU San Pablo University, she leads internationalization strategies and teaches Political Science. Professor Uribe Otalora has been a visiting scholar at the University of Oxford, Georgetown University, and the University of Helsinki, and has contributed to numerous research projects and doctoral supervisions in the fields of political science, law, and international relations
