She is an academic and administrator with demonstrated competencies across the spectrum of higher education domain. She has over 20 years of academic experience in Teaching Learning, mentoring and administration. She ispresently the Assistant Professor, IQAC coordinator and President of the Institute Innovation Cell set up by the Ministry of Education at SCIT.Her teaching competencies are – Marketing Management, Strategic Management, Entrepreneurship, Personality Development and Organizational Behavior. She has been the Member, Board of Studies, Faculty of Computer  Studies at Symbiosis International (Deemed University). She has contributed to varied aspects of the academic ecosystem and her expertise lies in curriculum design, Choice Based Credit System, Outcome Based Education, Accreditation, Academic Audits and contributing to Educational LMS through NAAC 3 cycles and NBA accreditation as well. She is also a TEDx organizer for 11 years and an esteemed judge at the QS Reimagine Awards and QS ImpACT skills challenge in 2024 and 2025.
