A senior lecturer with a demonstrated history of working in the higher education industry, I am skilled in training, research, human resource development, and entrepreneurship. As a senior lecturer in Human Resource Management, my responsibilities include delivering curriculum, conducting research, and providing academic and professional guidance to students. In addition to my academic work, I am committed to making a positive impact on the community through various collaborations with government agencies, industrial players, and alumni.
Currently pursuing a PhD in Human Resource Management at the University of Strathclyde, Glasgow, Scotland, my research focuses on women engineers and their careers in STEM. My study explores turnover factors among women engineers, considering both work and non-work environments, and aims to provide insights into retention strategies, job embeddedness, and gender diversity in engineering.
Beyond academia, I bring a wealth of experience as a judge in prominent innovation competitions globally and have contributed to the peer-review process in several indexed journals.
