Bobbi Moore is the interim Director of the Centre for Higher Education Practice (CHEP) at the University of Southampton and responsible for academic professional development of staff and PGRs working within education, research, and knowledge exchange and enterprise across the institution. Her portfolio also includes leading actions within university-wide strategic projects, enhancement programmes and the scholarly development of educators.  

Bobbi co-authored the University’s Common Framework for Online Education (2021) and authored the University’s new Framework for Education. She has a background in digital education and currently holds two leadership roles on multi-year strategic education projects at the University of Southampton - aimed at improving teaching, assessment, and digital learning practices across the institution.   

Bobbi is part of the Faculty of Social Sciences senior leadership team and a member of the Web Science Institute Strategic Advisory Board at the University of Southampton, an Executive Committee member of the Heads of Educational Development Group UK and a Fellow of Advance HE.
