I am an alumni of Lancaster having completed a Lancaster MBA (1999), a Master of Philosophy in Critical Management (2003) and, most recently, a PhD in Leadership and Management (2024). My external experience includes being a member of the Office for Students Quality Improvement Committee; an accreditation panel member for the Association of MBAs; an external examiner for the Durham University; and a Member of the Parochial Church Council of St Peters, Halliwell. I have also held strategic leadership roles as a Non-executive Director and Audit Committee Chair of Bolton at Home.
