Dr. Christopher F. Sasot is a distinguished psychometrician, educator, and quality assurance leader with over 20 years of academic and research experience in leading higher education institutions in the Philippines. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology (Cum Laude) and a Master of Arts in Education major in School Psychology from the Philippine Normal University, and completed his Doctor of Philosophy in Psychology at Ateneo de Manila University.

Dr. Sasot has served in key academic roles at De La Salle University – Dasmariñas, Technological University of the Philippines – Cavite, Emilio Aguinaldo College – Cavite, St. Jude College – Dasmariñas, and the University of Perpetual Help System GMA Campus. Currently, he is Professor I and serves as the Quality Assurance Coordinator and Laboratory Head at the Graduate School of the Polytechnic University of the Philippines (PUP) and Chief for Special Internationalization Projects of the Office of International Affairs.

As a Certified Human Resource Associate, Licensed Professional Teacher, Registered Psychometrician, and AACCUP Accreditor, Dr. Sasot brings a wealth of expertise in social psychology, educational quality assurance, and capacity-building. He is an active resource speaker and presenter, consistently contributing to national and international conferences, seminars, and workshops on psychology, education, and institutional development.

Dr. Sasot’s commitment to advancing psychological research and practice has earned him multiple accolades, including the prestigious Angat Ka Guro Award and the Gawad Parangal ng Bayan, which he has received four times—testaments to his excellence in teaching, research, and community engagement.
