Professor, Dr. Delia B. Senoro is the Assistant Vice President and Head of the Office of International Linkages, Relations, and Development Cooperation of Mapua University, Manila, Philippines. She is responsible of the university's internationalization and development cooperation while keeping outstanding relationship with partner institutions in the global community. She creates linkages to provide support services to students and staff to acquire attributes for global competence.  

Delia B. Senoro is a licensed civil engineer with significant number of years working in the industry; acquired her PhD degree at the University of the Philippines Diliman under a sandwich program with the Chia Nan University of Pharmacy and Science (Department of Environmental Resources Management) in 2009. After acquiring the PhD degree, she proceeded to Sweden to equip herself of additional trainings & knowledge in 'Strategies for Chemicals Management at the Swedish Chemicals Agency', "Education for Sustainable Development at the Stockholm University, Chalmers University of Technology' and "Environmental Factors and Health at the Institute of Environmental Medicine of Karolinska Institute. While working at Mapua University, she continued to equip herself in various upskilling and research activities focusing on environmental factors and health, water quality and its impact to ecosystem. She is a Professor in the Environmental Engineering Graduate Programs, advising MS & PhD students on their thesis/dissertation works. Also, she leads the Resiliency and Sustainable Research Center and  publishes her scientific works in the Scopus and Web of Science indexed journals.
