Desmond Lam is the College Master of Lui Che Woo College and Professor in Integrated Resort and Tourism Management at the University of Macau. His research interests include cross-cultural consumer behavior, word-of-mouth communication, gambling behavior and hospitality marketing. He has published in leading scholarly journals including Journal of Product Innovation Management, Marketing Letters, Journal of Business Research, Psychology & Marketing and Annals of Tourism Research.
