Dora has over 20 years of experience in Central America and Ecuador, holding leadership roles in Corporate Social Responsibility, Compliance, and Talent Management at Grupo Beta and Ficohsa Financial Group. She developed sustainable projects across multiple countries and served as a professor at Zamorano University. Currently, she is the Coordinator of Positioning and Institutional Prestige and a visiting professor at the Technical University of Loja. She holds two Master’s degrees, one from Carlos III University of Madrid and another from the Central American Technological University, and is pursuing a Sustainability certificate from MIT. Dora is also an active volunteer and speaker.
