
Dr. Doris Ifeoma Ogueri is an environmental scientist, international affairs manager, and university lecturer with expertise in sustainability, international education, and global partnerships. She combines scientific knowledge with strategic leadership to advance cross-border academic collaboration and community-driven environmental initiatives. Through her roles in higher education and international cooperation, Dr. Ogueri promotes inclusive learning, sustainable development, and impactful research across diverse regions.
She currently works at Shinawatra University in Thailand, and teaches courses related to sustainability and English Language communication. She also helps manage international collaborations and partnerships, supporting student and faculty exchanges, research collaboration, and academic outreach.
Dr. Ogueri is the founder of both Env4All and the LCK Ogueri Foundation, organizations dedicated to promoting environmental awareness, sustainability education, and community development. Her efforts in this space earned her the Sustainability Ambassador – Fellow Level (Green Rank) award from the UK-based Sustainability Promoters & Sustainability Collaborators (SPSC).
She also serves as a leader in Toastmasters International, where she has held roles including Speech Contest Judge, Vice President Education, and Club Secretary; helping others grow in confidence, leadership, and communication.
Dr. Ogueri has successfully co-organized several international conferences and organized seminars, research dialogues and workshops bringing together educators, students, and experts from around the world. In addition, she has served as a keynote speaker, session chair and panelist in various conferences around the world.
She is passionate about building inclusive, sustainable learning environments and using education to empower global communities.
